Service Area

Our service area includes all of Parkdale, parts of Liberty village, and as far west as the Humber River, and as far North as Bloor Street. For legal representation outside our service area, please consult the web site of Legal Aid Ontario.

Areas of Law We Cover

We provide specific representation for our clients in one of our four divisions: Social Assistance, Violence and Health (SAVAH), Immigration, Workers' Rights and Tenants' Rights.

Please note that we do not provide assistance in the area of family law (divorce, marriage, separation agreements, etc.). We will provide referrals to those who require services outside of our scope.

Financial Eligibility

During intake, we are required to ask you questions about your financial situation in order to determine your eligibility for assistance. Depending on your family income, free assistance can be provided. Please be assured that discussion of all matters related to your family income are strictly confidential.
