We invite all members of Parkdale Community Legal Services (PCLS) to our upcoming Annual General Meeting, held via Zoom, on Wednesday, September 21st, 2022.
Annual General Meeting
6:00 PM – 7:00 PM September 21, 2022
We will present the Dorothy Leatch Memorial Award to a community member who made exceptional contributions to social justice and the Fred Zemans Prize in Poverty Law to an outstanding student. The business portion of the meeting will present the Annual Report and the Audited Financial Statements of 2021-2022 and elect our Board of Directors.
Membership is free, and entitles you to vote at our Annual General Meetings. It also allows you to nominate others to our Board of Directors, or to stand for election yourself. We invite you to become a community member if you:
- Support the mission of our clinic;
- Live in our catchment or service area (south of Bloor, east of the Humber river and west of Ossington); and
- Are 18 years of age or older.
Graduates of Osgoode Hall Law School who completed the Intensive Program in Poverty Law at Parkdale are also eligible to become members.
To become a member, please complete the membership form and return it to us by email or mail or in person.
