PCLS is led by a community Board of Directors. Day to day operations are led by staff and students pursuant to policies set by the Board of Directors, and the Board of Directors is responsible for supervising the Clinic’s management. Directors will attend approximately 10 meetings a year and participate on Board committees.
PCLS’ Board of Directors is currently looking for new Board members, with any or all of the following skills or experience:
• Financial management
• Community development and advocacy
• Human resources management and unionized workplaces
